Phyllis Webster, CVPM
Practice Manager
      Our practice manager, Phyllis Webster, joined Tri-City Animal & Bird Clinic in 1993 with thirteen years experience at two previous practices.  Phyllis was certified as a Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) in October 2008 and has an Associates Degree in Business from Hesston College, Hesston, KS.  Phyllis and her husband, Randy, have one son, Justin, a ragdoll cat named "Jordan". 


Rita Zeitz
Account Manager
      Our account manager, Rita Zeitz, joined Tri-City Animal & Bird Clinic in October 1987.  Rita has an Associates Degree in Business and is one of the clinic's longest employees.  Rita and her husband Joe, have one daughter named Dawn.  The Zeitz's share their home with two dogs, "Wyley" and "Marta".
