This has been our family vet for 23 years. We have seen many of the different vets on staff. They all have been friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate, including the support staff. They even made a house call when our dog was too sick to make the trip. They offer grooming and have a full pharmacy.

I've been visiting Tri-City since 2019 for my small animals - namely domestic rats - and have nothing but praise for it's doctors. They have helped me with everything from chronic illness treatments to end of life care, and have a wonderful staff with experience in small animal handling. If you're looking for a cozy, wonderful vet for your rat/guinea/other exotic pet, then this is the place.

Took our Mika in for a check-up with Dr. Van Horn. She is a 1 year old Siberian Husky who we rescued a couple months ago. Had a lot of questions needing answering and Dr. Van Horn patiently spent the time to answer each and every one of them. He gave us tips on diet and put our fears aside on her overall health. We have been dog owners for 40 years and have never experienced such wonderful treatment not only from Dr. Van Horn but the entire staff as well. I am so happy to have experienced truly the best pet care ever and highly recommend Tri-City to everyone looking for the most professional animal care ever. I am very happy that I found Tri City Animal & Bird Clinic since moving to Missouri. The Doctors there have taken care of all our needs. My most recent visit was a teeth cleaning for my 8 year old Shipoo and skin growth removal that grew out of nowhere and they made the process for the both of us very smooth from explaining the procedure and also having such understanding front staff that always take my calls and to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend and thank you.

We just moved to the area from Florida and did a lot of research to find a new hospital and veterinarian for our two four-legged children. Tri-City exceeded our expectations. The staff was terrific, especially Phyllis, the practice manager, who made us feel at home as she welcomed us to the facility. The receptionist and technician were also fantastic. Dr. King was exceptional. She was sweet, extremely knowledgeable, and treated our dogs and us as a part of her family. We are in great hands and have the utmost confidence that our four-legged children will receive the best possible care filled with love and compassion.
